I presenti Termini e Condizioni di Prenotazione (in conformità alle Condizioni Generali) regolarizzeranno il rapporto commerciale che sorge tra TOP ONE TF SL e l’utente o il cliente della prenotazione realizzata attraverso i formulari che TOP ONE TF SL mette a disposizione sul suo sito web. www.rentexpressmallorca.es.
1. Our rentals are calculated in 24-hour periods starting from the expected delivery time in your reservation. The dates and times agreed in the rental contract will prevail.
2. For rental periods longer than 28 days, consult the special conditions at info@rentexpressmallorca.es
3. In the event of a delay in returning the vehicle or its abandonment, the amount corresponding to the extended period will be charged according to the specific tariff published on the web plus a supplement to the daily price depending on the season until the vehicle is recovered by the company. Company, as well as the amount corresponding to any damage caused and expenses resulting from recovery.
4. Early return of the vehicle will not generate any refund.
5. For operational needs of vehicle inspection, the lessor reserves the right to replace the vehicle at any time with another of similar characteristics, giving prior notice to the lessee.
6. It is not permitted to rent or be an additional driver to anyone under 21 years of age or with a driving license of less than 2 years.
7. In no case is it permitted to leave the national territory or to transport the vehicle by sea.
8. It is mandatory to present a registered credit card, the owner of which must appear in the contract as the main or additional driver. The expiry of the card must be more than 5 months at the time of signing the rental contract.
9. It is not permitted to present yourself as the main driver of more than one vehicle in the same period. Both the main driver and additional drivers must be present at the time of delivery.
10. To collect the vehicle it is necessary to show a valid driving license and identity document. The tenant holds a driving license in non-Latin characters or issued outside of the European Union must present a valid international driving license. Temporary driver’s licenses will not be accepted
11. All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
12. The models indicated in reservations are always indicative. A model with similar or superior characteristics will be delivered. The extras and pre-authorisations linked to the booking will correspond to the model delivered in case it differs from the model initially booked.
13. It is mandatory that the tenant always carries with him his copy of the rental contract in force throughout its duration. The document must always be visible on board the vehicle. In case of failure to comply with this obligation, the lessor will have to assume the fine and pay the management costs.
14. Smoking is not permitted inside the rented vehicle in accordance with Law 42/2010, which prohibits smoking in any collective space.
15. The transport of pets inside the rented vehicle is permitted, provided that a carrier is used.
16. A valid return flight number will be required to formalize the contract. We reserve the right to request a boarding pass.
17. Any type of fine that the renter receives will be charged to him. You will also have to pay a management fee of €50.
18. In the event of replacement of the vehicle due to breakdown or accident, the customer will be asked for a new pre-authorisation of the amount corresponding to the new vehicle delivered.
19. The coverage offered by Rent Express Mallorca does not cover personal damage suffered by the renter, nor personal effects left, kept or transported in the vehicle. The insurance does not include damage to windows, wheels (tyres and rims), underbody, footboards, roof, interior, bonnet, keys, glove box and antenna, nor does the insurance include damage caused by roads in poor or poor condition. asphalt, refueling with incorrect fuel, or damage or loss of accessory elements of the vehicle (such as warning triangles, jackets, child seats, etc.) or property of the lessee.
20. In the event of a breakdown caused by the driver’s negligence, the full amount of the repair will be charged.
21. Any cover is subject to the customer complying with the conditions detailed in the rental agreement, including making an amicable claim or police report within a period of less than 48 hours of the accident.
22. Damage caused by the customer not included in the contracted coverage will be charged to the card provided according to the table of parts values, working hours and repair time.
23. Any insurance taken out with intermediaries does not entail a reduction in the deductible or any coverage with Rent Express Mallorca as it is the customer’s responsibility to demand any reimbursement of damages from the external company.
24. Any warning lights on the vehicle that come on during the rental period must be immediately reported to the relevant Roadside Assistance office or channel, with the renter being liable for any damage caused by the violation of this obligation.
25. It is forbidden to carry out any type of modification or repair to the rented vehicle without the express consent of Rent Express Mallorca.
26. Theft protection will only apply when the renter delivers the original set of keys and the original accident report document.
OTHER CHARGES
1. Delivery or return of the vehicle to the hotel or requested address, subject to availability, €30/45 each way depending on the distance. 2. Additional cleaning: when additional vacuuming or washing is necessary due to the poor condition of the vehicle, €50 3. Special Cleaning: when special cleaning is required resulting from stains that cannot be washed with a normal cleaning cycle and/or can affect the immediate
use of the vehicle by the next user. Smell of tobacco or presence of ash, animal hair, stains on the upholstery…€150 4. Special cleaning of child seats: €50 5. Loss of documentation: due to loss of the technical data sheet, circulation permit or insurance policy certificate. €20 6. Loss or breakage of safety elements: vest, triangles… €90 7. Loss or breakage of child seats. Group 0+ (€180), Group 1 (€100), Group 2 (€100), Group 3 (€50) 8. Returning the vehicle to the wrong place (€110) or abandoning it (€190). It does not include any costs generated by the recovery. 9. Improper or unauthorized use: driving without due diligence, drivers not contractually authorized, maritime transport of the vehicle or leaving national borders: €300 Damage management costs €50 10. Roadside assistance not covered: Trip prices depending on the km of distance between the vehicle and the rental office and the type of on-site repair requested. 11. Damages not covered by included or contracted coverages. 12. All tenants and/or additional drivers will be jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising from the rental agreement, as well as for drivers not contractually authorized.
1. We deliver the vehicle with a certain amount of fuel and the renter must return it in the same condition. In case of lack of fuel at the time of return, the amount of this will be charged to the customer, together with a management and refueling cost: €15 2. Any anomaly relating to the state of the vehicle’s tank at the time of delivery must be communicated by the customer before leaving the facilities. No complaints will be accepted subsequently. 3. The fuel prices in force at the time of collection of the vehicle will be applied. Rent Express Mallorca reserves the right to modify them following fluctuations in the oil market.
DELETION, NON-SUBMISSION OR EXTENSION
1. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the customer paying 50% of the total value of the booking, unless there is a justified documentary reason. 2. If 4 hours have passed from the delivery time indicated in the booking without the customer having collected their vehicle, Rent Express Mallorca will declare the booking as a no-show and
will make the booked vehicle available on the website. Cancellations received within a period of less than 2 hours will also be considered a no-show. 3. Both no-shows and cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will be charged 100% of the total amount paid to cover operating costs and lost profits. 4. Any extension of an ongoing booking is subject to written confirmation of availability and price from Rent Express Mallorca. All extensions will be made with TGV Rent Express Mallorcan when requested. Furthermore, the signature and payment of the new contract is required at the place agreed with Rent Express Mallorca. 5. In case of cancellation of the reservation at the customer’s request, any bank charges generated by this operation will be charged to the company.
